Diagnosis
The system encountered an error while deleting the versions of the riskobject. Under certain circumstances, an unsuccessful deletion processcan lead to data inconsistencies between the tables of the risk objectand the stored versions of the risk object.

Procedure
Make a note of the internal and external numbers of the risk object youwant to delete and inform your system administrator.
