Diagnosis
An error occurred while the system was saving the risk object, eitherwhile it was:
- converting the hierarchy notation of the hierarchy tool into the
notation of the database table, or
- writing the internal tables to the database.

System Response
The risk object cannot be processed any further or saved. The activityis cancelled.
