Diagnosis
When the system read a generic transaction from the database, or atransaction from a saved data set, it found that the hierarchyinformation is not consistent.
This error is due to inconsistencies when the transaction was saved, orthe transaction was not correctly converted into an internal riskobject.
This is a program error.

System Response
The transaction cannot be processed any further.

Procedure
Inform SAP.
