Diagnosis
In the source system, an IO is basically a data element.
If it is changed, there are far-reaching consequences for referenced
objects, compounded objects, and InfoSources.
In general, change the data element of an IO, only if a
transport between two different release statuses has taken place, and
the old data element is not available in the new system, or if an
InfoObject has been given an incorrect name by mistake.
