Diagnosis
While determining the sample-drawing instructions for the samplingprocedure assigned in the task list, it was discovered that more thanone sample-drawing instruction is valid for the partial samples definedin operation &V1&.
Within an operation, only one sample-drawing instruction may be usedfor all partial samples.

System Response
The inspection lot could not be fully created.

Procedure
Step 1:
If you happen to be creating an inspection lot manually, save theincomplete inspection lot.
Step 2:
Make sure that, for all partial samples within an operation, only onesample-drawing instruction will be found in the sampling procedure.
The partial sample number in the sample-drawing instruction indicatesto which partial sample number the instruction is valid for.
You have the following possibilities:

• Change the sample-drawing instructions in the sapling procedures.


• Change the partial samples in the operation.


• Move the partial samples into new operations, so that in each operation
only partial samples exist for which exactly one sample-drawinginstruction is valid.
Step 3.
In transaction QA02 (Change inspection lot), carry out the samplecalculation for the inspection lot in question once again.
