Diagnosis
You cannot create an inspection lot for physical samples for thefollowing reason:

• A usage decision has not been made for the last inspection lot for a
physical sample.

Procedure
First determine the sample for the last inspection log for a physicalsample using transaction QA02 "Change inspection lot".
