4 = Lower limit for good quality not maintained in customizing
8 = Predefined share not maintained in the material master
10 = Plant-specific customizing data not maintained
12 = Share of scrap in the inspection lot has an improper value
16 = Share of scrap in the characteristic has an improper value
20 = No characteristic results available
24 = Defect class not maintained in customizing
28 = Weighting of the characteristic not maintained in customizing

Procedure
Ensure that the error is rectified, and carry out another qualityscore calculation.
