Diagnosis
The initial test for the stability study should be completed using afollow-up action for the usage decision. The corresponding statusshould then be set in the stability study automatically.
However, the study (notification) could not be completed by thefollow-up action, because it was blocked by another user and therelevant status could not be set.

Procedure
Set the status "Initial Test Completed" manually using the relevantfollow-up function in the notification for the stability study.
