Diagnosis
You cannot compare the results of the inspection characteristics andthe batch values, because no link exists between thecharacteristics.

Procedure

• If the "Batch valuation without material specification" indicator is
not set in Customizing, you must createa material specification, in which the master inspectioncharacteristics are linked to the class characteristics in the batchclass.

• If the "Batch valuation without material specification" indicator is
set, it is sufficient if the master inspection characteristics arelinked to the class characteristics in the batch class. In this case,you do not need a material specification.

Check the SAP exit QMSP0002, if this is active in your system.Depending on the programming of this exit, the prerequisites givenabove may be obsolete.
