Diagnosis
You must enter a (suitable) sampling procedure for the newcharacteristic. You either specified a sampling procedure, but left theradiobutton on "Keep Task List Data", did not specify a samplingprocedure at all, or specified more than one sampling procedure.

Procedure
If the characteristic to be replaced does not have a suitable samplingprocedure assigned to it in the task list, select a suitable samplingprocedure and in the right screen area of the popup, select the line"Change" or "Add". There is no point in assigning more than onesampling procedure.
