Diagnosis
At least one short text must exist for the specified master inspectioncharacteristic or inspection method.
This message can also appear when master inspection characteristics orinspection methods are created using ALE. In this case, a transfererror or an inconsistency in the source system (sending system fromwhich the master inspection characteristic/inspection method was sent)can be responsible for the error.

System Response
The system cannot save the master inspection characteristic/inspectionmethod.

Procedure
Check the data in the sending system, correct this if necessary, andthen resend the master inspection characteristic or inspection methodto the target system using ALE.
