Diagnosis
The master inspection characteristic references a class characteristicwith interval limits. When the master inspection characteristic iscreated, the class characteristic's lower interval limit is copied intothe master inspection characteristic's lower specification limit as asystem default value. The same applies to the upper interval limit.
You have entered a specification limit, however, that differs from theclass characteristic's interval limit.
This has the following effect:
- If you use the master inspection characteristic in a task list and you
inspect without reference to a material specification, thespecification limits entered in the master inspection characteristicare used as the specification limits.
