Diagnosis
For inspection type &v1&, you want to inspect without a task list andwithout reference to a material specification or batch determination.However, you also want the system to calculate the sample size.

Procedure
Automatic calculation of the sample size is only advisable if you:

• Define an inspection percentage


• Set the "100% inspection" indicator


• Enter a sampling procedure.

If you do not make one of these entries, the sample size is set to 0when the inspection lot is created.
