Diagnosis
For inspection type &v1&, you set the "Manual sample" indicator withoutsetting the "Manual sample calculation" indicator in the inspectionsetup (Quality Management view of the material master).
This setting is incorrect, since it requires the user to enter thesample size, while asking the system to calculate the sampleautomatically.

Procedure
Either set the "Manual sample calculation" indicator, or cancel the"Manual sample" indicator.
