Diagnosis
You want to assign an inspection method without parametercharacteristics to a primary characteristic, or delete an assignedinspection method. To maintain consistency, this is not allowed.

Procedure
In order to enter a method without parameter characteristics or todelete the method for a characteristic, first delete the reference tothis primary characteristic when processing the inspection plan for theparameter characteristics.
