Diagnosis
There are incorrect material-task list assignments for multiplespecifications. If you want to work with multiple specifications, youmust assign a customer or object for multiple specifications to theinspection plan in addition to the material.

Procedure
Change the material-task list assignments.
For inspection plans with multiple specifications, you can make thefollowing material-task list assignments:

• Material assignment (If this assignment does not exist, no inspection
plan can be found at inspection lot creation.) and

• Assignment of material, customer, and object type "Customer" or


• Assignment of material, object for multiple specifications, and object
type "Object" or

• Assignment of material, customer and object for multiple specifications,
and object type "Object" or "Customer"
