You must specify an SPC criterion if you wish to maintain qualitycontrol charts for this characteristic. You thus specify whichinspection results are entered in a common control chart.
No control charts will be created during inspection processing if youdo not specify an SPC criterion.
It is not possible, in this case, to valuate the inspection resultsusing the action control limits. If this type of valuation ispredefined, you have to close the sample or characteristic using theforced closure function.
