When you are on the inspection characteristic overview screen, thesystem does not allow you to switch to the dependent characteristicspecifications.
If you scroll within the dependent characteristic specificationsoverview, referenced master inspection characteristics are not shown.

Procedure
If you want to specify dependent characteristic specifications for amaster inspection characteristic you must first unlock the masterinspection characteristic.
