Diagnosis
You want to dynamically modify a characteristic that is not a requiredcharacteristic using a dynamic modification rule, or the system has setthis dynamic modification rule for the inspection characteristic as adefault value based on the entries in the task list header. However,you cannot dynamically modify an optional characteristic

System Response
If you are in change mode, the system automatically cancels the dynamicmodification rule specification in the inspection characteristic.

Procedure

• Check whether this inspection characteristic should be a required
characteristic, and if necessary, change the control indicator of theinspection characteristic.

• Manually cancel the dynamic modification rule specification, if you are
in change mode and the inspection characteristic should be an optionalcharacteristic.
