Diagnosis There is more dynamic modification criteria specified in thecharacteristic than in the plan usage. Only the common elements of the dynamic modification criteria at thecharacteristic level and the dynamic modification criteria of theinspection lot origin are used in the inspection. The characteristiccan probably not be dynamically modified on the basis of all thecriteria.
