Diagnosis
You are attempting to create, change or display an inspection plan witha change number.
The default value for the key date is the current date. When you entera change number, this default value will be overwritten with the dateof the change number.

System Response

• When you create an inspection plan, the new data records will be
recorded under this date.

• When you change an inspection plan with history, the changes will
become effective on this date.

• When you select and display plans, the inspection plans that are valid
on this key date are selected.
