No material/plan assignment can be made when the plan is created.However, the material/plan assignment is a prerequisite for the as
signment of characteristics to the inspection plan.

Procedure
Check the material assignment in the header of the specification.
Check at property level that at least one QM-relevant usage with thevalidity area category "PLANT" is defined and activated.
