SAP Message QM608 - There are no items in the notification. 8D report cannot be created

Diagnosis You tried to create an 8D report. An 8D report always relates to adefect item. Since the notification does not contain any defect items,you cannot create the 8D report. Procedure First describe the defect that has been identified in a defect item.
