SAP Message QM142 - No repair order exists - follow-up function cannot be performed

Diagnosis
This follow-up fucntion cannot be performed, since no repair order wasfound for the notification.

Procedure

  • If no repair order exists, you can create a repair order from the
    • notification.
    • If a repair order exists, you must manually activate
      • this function.
