Diagnosis
You entered a template as well as estimated costs.
When you create the service request, the template means that the systemdetermines plan costs.
Entering estimated costs is only useful if there is no costing.

Procedure
If you want to calculate the plan costs, delete the estimated costs.
If you do not want to calculate the service request, delete thetemplate. Delete the estimated costs first, then the template. Finally,re-enter the estimated costs.
