Note that, based on the report processing, the list only contains apartial selection of inspection lots.

Procedure
If the data you are searching for is included in the list, you cancontinue your processing activities normally.
To make sure that the system finds all inspection lots that correspondto your selection criteria, you should limit your selection further(for example, by specifying a shorter time range, a plant, or aninspection lot origin).
You can increase the number of inspection lots to be read, however,this can reduce the system performance considerably.
You can use the function for user variants to define theselection criteria that is used repeatedly by a user.
