Diagnosis
The rebuild of the QMIS statistics causes a global block of thenotification file. Therefore, while this program is running, no otherpostings can be carried out for quality management or plant maintenancenotifications.

Procedure
Large quantities of data can be posted during a run of this program.This may affect the performance of the system. For this reason,it is advisable to start the program as a background job.
Notify your system administrator, when you start the program online.
