Diagnosis
The number of inspection lots listed is checked against the number ofinspection lots with data that was summarized for analysis. This checkdetermines that the list is incomplete.
This can be caused by the following:

• Archiving was carried out during the period concerned.


• The update group for the inspection lot origin was changed in
Customizing.

• There is an error in the data selection program.
