Diagnosis
You have added new items when defects recording was accessing thenotification dialog. When you returned to defects recording, thesenewly created items were supplemented with the reference objects fromthe inspection lot.

System Response
Depending on which defects recording level you are on, the followingreference objects from the inspection lot are supplemented in the itemrecord:
Operation, inspection characteristic, physical sample, inspectionpoint, report type, work center, inspector, and so on.
