Diagnosis
For inspection lot &v1&, you must record results for an inspectionpoint. Using the functions for defects recording, however, you can onlyconfirm defects that are not assigned to an inspectionpoint.
Note
Using this function, you can only display the defects that areassigned to an inspection point.

Procedure
If you want to record or process the defects assigned to an inspectionpoint, use the functions in results recording (record or change resultsfor an inspection point).
