System Response
All defects for an inspection lot or operation are combined togetherwith the characteristics associated with this operation in a qualitynotification. The quality notification is initially inactive, that is,it is used merely to document the defects that have occurred.
After the notification has been activated, the defects must beprocessed further as a quality notification.
