Diagnosis
The system attempted to assign a report type to work center &v1&automatically. A suitable entry, however, could not be found in theassignment table.

Procedure
When you first enter the defects recording function, enter a reporttype or make sure the assignment table for report type is maintained inthe customizing application for defects recording.
