Diagnosis
You want to record results for an operation. However, the operationcontrol key in the task list is not set for inspection characteristics.

You can enter the results recording transaction to

• create unplanned characteristics for the operation


• record results for any characteristics that may be there

Procedure
If inspection characteristics are assigned to the operation in the tasklist, the operation control key should be set accordingly. The changeis made to the operation control key in Customizing for QM.
