Diagnosis
You want to delete the short text for an inspection description, sincea long text already exists. The first line in the long text editor is ablank line.

Procedure
Check the long text for the inspection description.
To delete the inspection description you must transfer to the longtext. Under the menu "Text" you find the delete text entry.
