You can only use master inspection characteristics that have beencompletely maintained and released as a copy model for unplannedcharacteristics.

Procedure
Select an appropriate master inspection characteristic as a copy model.If one is not available, notify your system administrator to ensurethat a corresponding master inspection characteristic will be created.
