Diagnosis
An inspection lot could not be created because:

• In the material master (in the quality management view of the
inspection setup) it is defined that no skips are allowed.

• When the quality level was first created for the dynamic modification
rule &v1& defined in the inspection plan, the system finds aninspection stage that requires an inspection.

Procedure
Change the dynamic modification rule &v1&, or define a differentdynamic modification rule in the inspection plan.
