Diagnosis
An inspection lot is being created for the operation that you areprocessing. As a result, the quality level is being created or updatedautomatically for the material and, if applicable, for additionalcriteria.
The object "quality level" is blocked--either you are processing thequality level in a different window or another user is processing thequality level.

Procedure
In order to process the operation, you must end the processing of thequality level. The block is then removed.
