Diagnosis
From an incoming electronic certificate, neither a certificate recordcould be created or an existing record assigned.

Possible causes:
The affected certificate record is already locked.
The purchase order number and item are incorrect on the electroniccertificate.
No certificate is expected for the purchase order.

Procedure
Check the data on the electronic certificate and Customizing, and ifnecessary, repeat inbound processing.
