Diagnosis
You cannot use the functions 'Approve request' and 'Reject request'from this view.
You cannot use the function 'Delete requests' from this view forclient-specific transport routes from the QA system to the deliverysystems.

Procedure
To confirm, reject or delete requests, you need to select an approvalstep and a target client.
You can select an approval step in the following ways:

• Choose 'Select approval step'.


• Choose 'Worklist' -> 'Select approval step'.

The input help displays the approval steps you can use. Select theappropriate step for your requests.
To select a target client, proceed as follows:

• Click an entry in the column 'Target client' or the column header.


• Choose 'Filter'. The input help displays the target clients available.
Select one target client for your requests.
