Diagnosis
You want to activate an inspection type that is assigned to origin 02(goods issue). However, at least one inspection type has been activatedthat is assigned to a delivery-related origin (10, 11, or 12).
If you post a goods issue for delivery for this material, this can leadto two inspection lots being created.

Ignore the warning, or deselect the activation indicator.
