Diagnosis
There is no inspection point type for physical samples entered in thetask list header.
However, this inspection point type is a prerequisite for inspectionlot origin "15".

System Response
The system could not complete the creation of the inspection lot.

Procedure
In the task list header, enter the inspection point type for physicalsamples.
To correct the error in the inspection lot, choose Changeinspection lot and trigger the task list selection and samplecalculation again.
