Diagnosis
In the order operation, an inspection type is defined for goods receiptfrom external processing. In this case an inspection lot iscreated with the goods receipt posting for the material- if thisinspection type is active for the material in the order (&V2&). Aninspection lot always has the unit of measure defined for the material.The unit of measure entered cannot be converted into the base unit ofmeasure.

Procedure
Enter a unit of measure that can be converted into the base unit ofmeasure, or exit the transaction and maintain this new unit of measureas an alternative unit of measure for the material.
