Diagnosis
A certificate must accompany the first goods receipt for an order item.

Procedure
Check if a certificate is provided. If not, then the requirementset in the material master has not been met. If no inspection iscreated for this goods movement, the quantity is posted to blockedstock.
If an inspection lot is created, the missing certificate is marked as astatus in the lot, and must be confirmed by the usage decision at thelatest.
