Diagnosis
You cannot make a balancing entry for the negative inventory differencein this inspection lot for one of the following reasons:

• The inspection lot data does not correspond with the data for the
document item, (for example, material number, plant, batch, specialstock, account assignment).

• The inspection lot is locked.


• The lot quantity outstanding is not large enough.

Procedure
Use the manual transaction for the difference posting.
