SAP Message QA069 - You cannot make a quantity transfer posting for blocked stock

Diagnosis The inspection lot quantity &v1& is in GR blocked stock. You cannot usethe inspection lot to make a transfer posting for this stock. System Response Processing cannot take place. Procedure Use the usage-decision transaction to make a transfer posting, or postthe stock using MM transactions.
