Diagnosis
Due to an error during the determination of the sample, an inspectionlot cannot be created. The lot should either be changed or created formaterial &v1&.
Possible causes:
the quality level is locked.
the entries in the sample tables are incomplete.
the entries in the inspection severities tables are incomplete.

Procedure
If the quality level is locked, try carrying out the operation again.
If this is not the case, check the sample tables.
