Diagnosis
Another user has already switched on one or more of the possibletraces. The trace can only be switched on for one user or for allusers. Therefore, you cannot switch on the trace currently.

System Response
The system continues processing after displaying the message.

Procedure
Wait until the user switches off the trace.
If necessary, contact the user who switched on the trace. You can findthe name of the user on the "Trace request" screen (initial screen oftransaction) under "State of trace".
