Diagnosis
The system cannot find a buffer statistic history in the database. Thismay be because the history collection jobCOLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR is not scheduled to run every hour.

Procedure
Schedule the background job COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR (executingthe report RSCOLL00) hourly and make sure that the report RSTUNE80 iscontained in table TCOLL.
