Diagnosis
Since your system has been running as a purely central system for sometime the setting to collect workload statistics for all servers hasbeen switched into "sleep" mode. This is because the total informationwould be the same as the individual information for the one server youare running. This would decrease performance. If you add furtherapplication servers to your SAP System, the "sleep" mode will bedeactivated and the system will again collect statistics for everyserver in your system.
