Diagnosis
You are not allowed to delete 'LO' records on database MONI as long asother data from the relevant server are stored in MONI.

Procedure
Since the 'LO' record contains the main information about all recordsfrom the corresponding server that are in table MONI, all other recordshave to be deleted before the 'LO' record can be removed from MONI.Thus, first delete all other records of the corresponding server.
